Access to this data is also possible without a customer account by sending a request to the email address info@figurealm.com.

Figurealm.com will not sell personal information such as name, home address, email address, or other personal information to any third party or entity without the customer’s permission.

Where We Use Personal Information and Why

Every order sent by Figurealm.com (placed through the website or by phone) must be accompanied by a courier voucher containing the recipient’s personal information. This bulletin is issued by our partner, the General Post Office, responsible for transport and delivery.

Figurealm.com collects personal information from the customer (name, surname, company name for delivery to a company headquarters, address, postal code, region, city, contact numbers, and email address) and transfers it to the General Post Office for order delivery.

Telephone communication may also be made to the customer’s provided phone numbers for any clarifications regarding their details, order confirmation, or resolution of delivery problems.

The customer’s personal information is not used for any other purpose without their express consent. The General Post Office, as a courier, complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Automatic Product Availability Update via Email

Every website visitor (even without being a customer) has the option to be automatically informed via email about a product’s availability the moment it becomes available again (if it was sold out). To do this, the visitor should fill in their email using the “Notify via email” feature on the out-of-stock product page.

With this function, the visitor gives their consent to be informed by email at least once about the future availability of the product. Each visitor who participates in this action reserves the right to delete their email from these lists by sending a request to info@figurealm.com.

Communication and Promotion of Products or Services via Email (Newsletter)

With the customer’s consent, Figurealm.com may occasionally inform about the latest products, news, sweepstakes, events, and special offers via email or web-push notifications.
