We inform customers about product features, prices, availability, suppliers, VAT, shipping costs, and payment, delivery, and execution methods.

Figurealm.com is not responsible for defective products displayed and sold on the website due to mistakes, misdirection, or force majeure. After a relevant hint, customers can request a replacement or refund (more information).

Place an Order

Customers can complete an order from Figurealm.com by adding products to their cart and following the checkout process.

Create an order

Users and customers can complete an order from Figurealm.com if they are over 18 years old or have a guardian’s permission. Figurealm.com is not obligated to inform parents or guardians about orders placed by underage users, nor does it undertake to verify the accuracy of user/customer information.

By placing an order on Figurealm.com, the user/customer confirms their intention to purchase the products added to the cart. They also declare that they have read and agree to the characteristics of the ordered products and the terms of use of the website.

A registered user/customer must receive all orders on time and without delay. Figurealm.com reserves the right to check the reliability and creditworthiness of the user/customer and to further verify their details. If some of the ordered products are unavailable, Figurealm.com will inform the user/customer before proceeding with the order.

Ordered products are securely packed and shipped within 8 to 10 working days. Figurealm.com is not responsible for delays due to lack of communication on the part of the user/customer.

The user/customer who places an order is obliged to pay the full amount either by cash (or cash on delivery), debit/credit card. All available payment methods are shown during the order completion stage.

The information required by Figurealm.com to send the order includes:

For the best and fastest service, Figurealm.com communicates the necessary information to the cooperating courier company (General Post Office, ELTA), including first name, address, phone numbers, and delivery instructions.

Upon receiving the order, the user/customer must carefully check the condition of the products and contact info@figurealm.com for any issues (defective product, wrong product, or undelivered product).

Figurealm.com will replace or compensate any defective or wrong product notified within five (5) days after delivery. It will not replace or compensate products damaged due to misuse by the user/customer.

The user/customer has the right to refuse the order upon delivery if the original packaging is damaged by the transport company.

Products can be returned within 7 days, excluding certain categories, in their original condition. The responsibility of transport lies with the user/customer.

Figurealm.com has the right to check the condition of the returned product and may request a new order or refund within the month of the return request.

Any disputes arising from online purchases are governed by article 4 of Law 2251/1994, with the Courts of Heraklion having jurisdiction.

User Obligations

The user/customer is obliged to:

Provide correct, accurate, and up-to-date information at all times in any form (registration, order information, or subscription to the newsletter).
Responsibly monitor all actions or movements made with their account.
Not share their account with third parties.
Inform Figurealm.com’s Technical Support Manager about any unauthorized use of their account or any security breach.
Not use the contents, services, and data of Figurealm.com in any way with the intention of harming, insulting, harassing, or engaging in illegal activities either against Figurealm.com or against third parties. If the user/customer notices any such behavior, please contact info@figurealm.com.

Figurealm.com is not responsible for any harm or damage resulting from the inability or negligence of members to respect and apply the above.

Figurealm.com reserves the right to delete a user/customer account or refuse service to a user/customer who does not adhere to the terms of use or does not operate according to Christian customs.

Limitation of Liability

Figurealm.com is not responsible under any circumstances for any (moral or technical) damage caused to the user/customer during their visit to the website and is not obliged to compensate for any damage.

Figurealm.com is not responsible for unauthorized interventions by third parties in the store’s products, services, and information.
